As a foreigner living in Singapore and renting for close to 10 years, whilst I have not experienced anything horrible myself (Lucky me! But there were close calls for sure.), there's no shortage of horror stories being shared on various social media and forums online. As such, I have had the idea of building a tracker for the tenant community to come together and share their experiences, in the hopes of preventing the birth of yet another victim.
Version 1
A tracker which lists out units that are red flagged by the community. For legal reasons, the unit number and names shall not be mentioned. Only postal code and floor level will be disclosed.
